My favorite property in Guanajuato. Lovely venue, affable staff. Location so close to restaurants or shops nearby, shops and Guanajuato. Also, in the Silao area. A lot of options, good food.
Beds were quite hard.

Convenient location! This place is situated near the main avenue with lots of restaurants and shops nearby 🛍️. Plus, it's in the Silao area, which is a nice bonus. We stayed for one night in a standard double room and it was a good choice.

I had a wonderful stay at El Marques Hacienda. The location in the green area, surrounded by enormous trees, was absolutely beautiful. The property was well maintained and the staff were very gentle. The highlight of my stay was the cozy fireplace in the evening, which made it truly unforgettable. Additionally, my room was upgraded to a suite, a delightful surprise!
The bathroom in the suites didn't make any sense, with the shower in the middle of the living room and the WC inside a tiny closet without any ventilation. However, when I requested to change to a normal cabin, it was much better.

I loved staying at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a green area, surrounded by a big territory with little farms. It was such a treat for my kids to explore the grounds. The room they upgraded us to was a suite, and it was absolutely stunning. The evening was made even more special with a cozy fireplace. My family and I will never forget this experience.
I would highly recommend this stunning hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is in the Silao area and close to Guanajuato. The hotel offers free bike rentals, allowing guests to explore the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the swimming pool is clean and the water temperature is comfortable, providing a refreshing experience.
The hotel overcharged me twice, creating an inconvenience and causing me to lose money. Additionally, the hotel room I was given was not as advertised, leading to a feeling of being deceived.

The free shuttle service and extensive grounds were enjoyable aspects. The complementary snacks and drinks were also appreciated. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The staff was not helpful or welcoming, making for a disappointing first impression. The room was subpar, with a dark and uninviting atmosphere.
